Full Bodied: How to Use the Rest of Our Bodies to Heighten Sex

We read an interesting article this week on sex and how we can use more of our bodies to make even more of the (already delicious) experience! Here’s what it said about our non-intimate body parts…

The Brain

It’s no secret that stress is hugely prevalent in modern society. Stress produces cortisol and cortisol lowers our libido, which is no fun for anyone.

Meditation or just a bit of time out for our brains to get away from the daily grind can help us hugely – not only to get into the mood to have more fun in the bedroom – but to improve energy levels, sleep quality and concentration levels too.

The Eyes

Women in particular, the article reports, get extremely turned on by watching themselves with their partner. Mirror mirror on the wall…

The Ears

Music is exceptionslly powerful at inciting emotion. So why not try turning this on its head? Depriving your partner of being able to hear where you are – and where you’re going to touch them next – can be a massive turn on.

The Lips

It can be hard to beat a tantalisingly bright red lipstick. And a university study found the average man spends 7 seconds looking at a woman’s lips, compared to less than 1 second in her eyes… although let’s not forget that they are the windows to the soul!

The Nose

The…what?! You read right! A group of German scientists believe that a sensitive nose means a higher likelihood of climaxing and arousal…

The Breasts

We don’t need to say a lot here. But nipple play… well, it’s pretty fantastic.

The Feet

Another odd one! However a study in The Netherlands found that when provided with socks, 80% of couples reached orgasm compared with 50% without. Go figure! Cover up those toes.

Agency News

We’ve had a busy summer at Night & Day. Our ladies have been having fun and we’ve been making the most of the heat! We spend a lot of time and effort in making sure our ladies pages are up to date with recent (and fabulous) photos.
