What’s on Locally this Festive Season?

As the air turns markedly cooler, the Christmas markets and other festive events are in full flow around the South of England. Read on for what events are taking place in the local areas.

Christmas Events in Southampton

The Southampton Christmas festival is now open and takes place until Sunday 23rd December. Highlights include Bavarian music, alpine chalets with traditional German fayre, carol singers and a Santa show! There’s plenty on offer and it opens from 10am – 8pm, with bars staying open until 10pm.

Christmas Events in Portsmouth

Hotwalls Studios is holding its first Christmas market to take place over 2 days from 1st December – 2nd December from 10am to 4pm. This creative hub is opening its doors and attendees can watch artists and makers at work, commission pieces and purchase one of a kind gifts. There will be live music and mulled wine available too.
